Maybe you have a broken input or output guide on the Fuser Unit. This is a common problem. The guide cannot be purchased individually, so you have to look for a whole used Fuser Unit. You can do a reset at any time because it does not matter. If you have a problem with Cleaning Blade, remove it again and sprinkle it with toner. It could help. If not then you may have a dirty Charge Roller. Or you can have some trash in the developer unit - clean the developer batten. Hope you checked the drums, transfer and fusers yourself before writing this because they are ordinary consumables that wear out. So take out the two lasers and clean them.

Hello, I know this problem. The MPC305 copier has a very vulnerable hopper suplly unit toner. There is a malfunction. Unfortunately, the repair is very complicated, because it only takes 2 hours to remove the unit. I exchange my customers MPC305 for an older model MPC300 because it is less emergency.

Take out the toners and vacuum the inside of the copier for the toners.

En Dau61 this is a most popular problem if you use no oryinal toner. You have to replace Toner Supply Unit. That’s all.
