- The Bluecoats 2024 Hornline warming up for the DCI World Championship semifinals in Military Park. The corps went on to win its second World Championship the following day and took the Jim Ott Award for Best Brass Performance for the first time in corps history, as well as the high general effect and high visual trophies.

Congrats on that victory! I am currently a sophomore in high school that discovered drum corps in 7th grade and I'm hoping to try this out and hopefully make it one day. Thank y'all for being my inspiration, especially when I saw DCI for the first time in Murfreesboro. Bloooo!!

Since you heard it live, what do you say Ben... were they as strong as 2016? I heard a lot of similarity in sound quality and that "machine" sound when blending the full hornline. Wish I could have seen the show live this year but life said thou shalt not. Thanks for sharing!
