Honestly, we don't eat that spicy and oily for breakfast, at least in my home. It's special occasion breakfast.
The home cooked food that people eat is quite different as well, it's much more healthy and less oily. The food in restaurants and in home are way different.
I am someone who like sweet but never ever can i have very sweet dishes in breakfast.
The reason the breakfast seems so heavy in the northern states of India, because they are basically in the occupation of agriculture. It's really hard work and definitely needs a lots a calories.. Not for us who have office jobs n eventually have pot bellies unless we burn those calories!!
Search spices it is good for health.spices doesn't mean chilli,or 🌶️ there are many time of herbs spices,these are flavour not too hot mouth

people in punjab do not eat this breakfast regularly this is essentially eaten when they are eating outside.. home cooked breakfast is slightly different from it and yes the stuffed kulcha is worth trying... its super delicious
