I have just started keto diet 30:5:65 ( Protien : carb: fat). Is this ok . I am taking healthy food . Will this diet help me loose weight ? How did u lose weight and what was ur day like? Thank you for the comment. Key point here would be portion control itself. If you can go to TDEE calculator online and then calculate your required calories, we can start there. As long as you are eating below the mentioned calories, you will lose weight. My TDEE was 2700 calories when I started losing weight. I ate 500 calories less than that ( 2200 ) and also did workouts. I lost 2 pounds a week that way. I would advise to target 1 pound per week. Keep tracking your food intake and progressively reduce the food since lighter weight of you needs lesser energy. Keto has been well researched topic and it works if you stick to it , My advise is to be in calorie deficit first and see what works for you.
