Nansen is probably the most deserving individual who has received a Peace Prize. Ordinary Norweigans will be and should rightly be proud of him. It is nowadays a pat on the back for those who do the bidding of the Puppet Masters. And peace is the last thing on their agenda.
Nansen was a smart, observant, well educated and creative man who was careful in his arctic work and was a kind and active humanitarian. He was a great man in any age, and is one of my heros. Im an American boomer and I think he is inspiring.

This man visted Berlin NH in the 1920's because of the Nansen Ski Club, the oldest ski club in the USA and its named after him.
