I don’t know why but I keep thinking the possibility that Kayson and Alex’s listeners have similar families with different outcomes Kayson’s listener was the perfect student: They are pretty, smart, and very insecure when it comes to other people’s opinion of them. In the beginning, all that mattered was being perfect in everyone’s eyes. Kayson opened his listener’s eyes to new experiences. He stayed and worked on their issues together Then you have Alex’s listener: They are good looking and smart but have crippling self esteem. They fear that everyone they love secretly hates them or will leave them. In the end, Alex’s listener didn’t get that eye opening experience. They lost their chance I really hope their is a connection between the two listeners
The Sakuverse Men are really well-written and just great characters (and Isaac is my bias ~) but Kayson had this special place in my heart like, he's just a playful yet genuine character and an actual comfort character for me.
