kayson is probably the character that really made me stick around back in 2020/2021, it’s crazy how we went from being trapped in a closet to what is probably one of the most wholesome relationships on this channel ahh. i still remember listening to his first video (before it got revamped) and having mixed feelings about him, but the more videos he got and the more layers of him we got to see, the more i fell in love with his personality. he’s honestly grown to be one of my favorite characters. eventhough his plot isn’t super dramatic or high stakes, it’s so incredibly refreshing to see a healthy and wholesome relationship, and to get to experience the mundane and ‘normal’ moments. ahh i’ve rambled but *tldr: kayson is the best, kayson is bbg, we love kayson, please don’t hurt him saku hahaha*

I forgot to comment on one of my FAVS!???? ANYWAYS... Kayson...Kayson, Kayson, Kayson..the standard, golden retriever boyfriend, house husband. How we've missed you.. In my free time, I like to go back over series and just listen to the characters growth. With Kayson...I've noticed that he's also, way more confident in his little relationship. Of course, he has a hint of jealousy that he hints at (even if there were fckn 3 of him, he'd still be jealous), but it's obvious that we've (probably) done something about that boy "Tristan" by now. Kayson says "I love it when..." or "I love you..." or even reminiscence about the older times that the two have had together, even before being a couple. He likes being able to help out the listener especially because of how burnt out they get, or how they never put themselves first. From my understanding listener is an only child, so the parents expect the best of the best out of them. Which Kayson COULD understand, IF they're willing to take breaks and actually take care of themselves. Plus, listener didn't have such a good support system. And now, they cry any time Kayson brings up "family" and "I can't wait for you meet them" blah blah blah he's so domesticcc. Kayson is still in the crush phase a little, yet n still.
