    Vitidsarn is so fit, seriously. It's not that Naraoka was unfit. Vitidsarn was just on another level. If you watch how he and Ratchanok trained with this coach you will know.. How much hard work is needed to always play so steady, so balanced and so consistently no matter how many matches and rallies. He was patient and played a very tactical and strategic game, and ultimately the more prepared player coming into this match

    What a disgusting crowed, for booing for passiv playing. They are all never came so far, to know, how it is feeling. It is not, that they don't want, more because of the Match was extremly exhausted. After a hard week, it is definitely clear, that both are tired.
    of course you will see your hometown guys, but please, more RESPECT for the players.

      The only reason these players have a job is because ultimately this is for entertainment, that’s why the crowd booing is in fact relevant. If nobody wants to watch you it doesn’t matter how good you are it’s going to be harmful to the sport and yourself.

    Congrats to Vitidsarn but gotta say, the crowd booing was unneeded. Both players were super tired and decided to clear against each other to regain some breathe but instead of encouraging or making it comedic, the danish crowd decided to boo. I've seen other crowds laugh or encourage and it's the first time I saw a crowd take it negatively.
    Whoever started it - has probably NEVER played singles ever in his life or ever played any sport competitively. You just know it's that type of person.

    • @nikideshmukh7722
      @nikideshmukh7722 Рік тому +30

      Yes I agree. It is a world cup final, any player would gove their maximum to win it - they were so tired, they didn't walk around because they were disrespectful. Umpire saying make more effort? Who is he to decide how tired the players should be. Also the crowd I found very disrespectful. This is not a show that players have to entertain. It is entertaining enough amd admirable how long rallies they survive and still go on - I'd lime to see who in the crowd would be able to do that or of the umpire would be able to do that. You must be very tired for to walk around like that on such a prestigious tournament. Not a choice. My ultimate respect for both

    • @curtisquigley6761
      @curtisquigley6761 Рік тому +14

      Glad I saw this and similar posters below this, totally agree, those rallies were RELENTLESS, walking and clearing is all they could do, was nobody's fault. Weird they kept criticizing Naraoka, for him to be able to walk like that means the Thai player was not making him move either, but that is besides the point, there was nothing but maximum effort and those rallies, even the long drawn out ones were fun to watch.

      Go watch the 2011 World Championship finals then... never have I seen a final where the players start walking. I get that both players were playing an overly patient game, but at this level and stage its unforgivable. The most LCW vs LD did before is repeatedly clear to each other, and LCW would only "walk around" if he was against a really boring weaker player. I don't ever recall seeing any of the top last-gen players gassed out like this, because they'd be playing more aggressively. The crowd booed for a reason - this is a World Championship final after all.

    Hey Japan coach, you're here to give encouragement and advice, not to put pressure on your athletes, which I clearly see led to Naraoka's defeat. Since the second half of the 2nd game after making some mistakes, Naraoka has mostly played in a kind of quitting since then to the end. In 3rd game, he wanted to play with his coach more than with Vitidsarn. This is just my personal view, Vitidsarn played so well today and he deserves the winning.

    Naraoka is from japan, of course their game is mainly defensive..
    and Vitidsarn’s idol being Lee Chong Wei, he also enjoys rally games.
    To those who think Naraoka’s stamina isnt enough, have you tried lasting almost 2 hours with nowhere near 10 mins of rest?
    the crowd booing is pointless, dont bother watching if you want to boo the player when they dont play the way you want it to be.

      I dont think so. Kullavut has a stamina of a rhinosaur and he's very cunning that he forced extends the match to the 3rd set to prey on his exhausted opponent. The only strategy besides you being much better than him all the way is that you need to conserve your energy as much as possible while try to defeat him in all the sets which is very hard to do but seems to be the only way.

    คนดูนี่แปลก สไตล์ใครสไตล์มันอ่ะนะ ในเมื่อนัดชิงผู้เล่นสไตล์เกมรับมาเจอกัน เค้าก็ต้องเล่นตามแผนเพื่อชัยชนะอ่ะนะ ถ้าอยากดูแบบตื่นเต้นเร้าใจก็ต้องให้พวกสไตล์เกมบุกหลุดเข้ามาชิง นี่พวกนั้นตกรอบไปก่อน แล้วจะมาไม่พอใจอะไรวะ 🤣

    vit is just the better user of the rally style than naraoka at the moment.

      it seemed to me that Naraoka was not at his best physically. Even in set 1 he missed some shots to what looked like a lack in body tension. A lack of body tension not only lost him some points, but also put additional strain on the rest of his body (in this instance legs/knees). Some of his extremely high clears while walking back to his position indeed indicate knee pain and a need to vary the use of leg muscles.
      At 18-20 in set 2 you could really see that he was trying to put more effort in (he was 4 points from winning at that point), but could only keep it up for a few moves.

      @@sx5r true but it still is the result of his own playstyle being used against him and since vits strength is his shot quality, he inevitably won this match up. this isn't the result of naraokas final match condition but Vits own resilience, shot quality strength and cunning.
