可能我跟其他UA-camr有點不一樣，因為你看到的所有內容，拍攝，剪接全都是我自己一個人去製作。但同時要兼顧正常工作和頻道，確實要花費太多時間和精力。而字幕係其中要花最多時間嘅一個部份。所以之前並沒有添加字幕，因為工作太忙和時間有限。但由今年開始所有新的影片都會有字幕提供（太多觀眾要求）。好多謝你嘅支持，你亦可以將之後嘅影片分享俾你其他朋友睇。之前影片，真的沒有時間加上字幕，望見諒

House price is too high. It seems not a good choice to buyers. Low quality house can attract many customers and they don’t care the quality. Therefore, I would like to buy a land first and let the land price rise up. Actually, I don’t hv much money at the moment so choose the land first. Certainly, I have owned a house to live. What do you my idea?

theoretically, you can do that . However the land developer knows the market more than you do. So the land price is also surging with the house price. You can't find good quality land (only land) in good surburb selling below $700K - 800K in brisbane now, so adding the building cost , you may end up paying 1.5 - 1.6 M in total but with lot of uncertainty. The reason why low quality house gets many buyer because some vacant land sold higher price than the land with an old house in some cases . So If you are the buyer what would you choose ?

而家材料短缺, 起屋由木材支架改為鋼材支架, 在實用, 保養, 成本有何分別呢?

木材在建屋時彈性大，可以在on-site 調整。鋼材如果有問題必須回廠從新製造。如果你已經找了builder ，這階段最好相信builder 提案，因為每一個builder supply 情況不同。如果連地也未買，我建議暫時就不要自己蓋獨立屋，風險成本太高。
