you got my sub today. Have watched you before and I missed you. I might have commented before too. And please more local info/news - maybe even interviews with high stakes players from the area.
Thanks appreciate the support! I haven't done interviews before, figured that was more Doug Polks domain, not to mention playing 1/2/5 PLO doesn't have me rubbing elbows with the higher stakes players all that often
I’m tired of holding your wine! Glad you’re able to get back in the game, all those subscribers To NLHE content rarely watch them. I probably sub 20 of them but only faithfully watch 3 maybe 4. During WSOP you can add DNegs and Lexi to that list. My PLO content creators I’m much more faithful and interested, for live play. Online not as much. Insider episodes, or maybe a part of one (like here at the end for 5 minutes on a 20 minute one) should be popular. Great new intro by the way!
Hey Anthony, very interested in in a longer video on your thoughts on the clubs in town. I met you at the lodge maybe 2-3 months ago at $1/2 and we chatted for a good while. I mainly play at TCH now, the new room is just so nice.

Would love to see a video of your workings inside poker club operations. I think that would be great content. If it's all just hands you played, it can become a bit monotonous and similar to all the other vloggers. Honestly I'm not trying to hate on your hard work but I think if you can figure out a way to incorporate what it's like to run/work in a card room it would give some great content. Maybe consider doing some interviews with other poker operators like podcast style and posting those also. In addition to your hand recaps. Keep it up!! Glad to have you back.

Am I just a noob at PLO, or are you a pretty tight player preflop. You are constantly not raising AA double suited on multiples occasions and that just seems to be a horrible EV play. Glad you are back, enjoy the heck out of your vlogs and humor.
So this is going to be one of those "it depends" responses. Generally speaking you should be raising your premiums, especially in position. However, in Texas, well, things are a bit bonkers. The 1/2 PLO has a $5 bring-in, but unlimited restraddles from UTG through the button (can reach $320 and I've seen it) Then it's $200-1K buyins to start, but match the stack. So what happens is degenerates, as well as those with EXTREMELY deep pockets, will come into the game, and make it play like a shallow stacked 40/80 PLO game. In PLO the equities of hands run SUPER close together. While I have had some hand matchups where I'm 75% equity preflop, usually the best you can hope for is a 65/35 spot, which means you're still losing that runout a third of the time. Oftentimes hands are close to 55/45 in equity IF you get money in preflop. So I rarely raise preflop as I prefer to see flops against my opponents. After seeing the flop, I can have people in spots where I'm 70, 80, 90% equity or they're drawing dead. This means they're making larger mistakes against me, if I just play preflop BINGO with them, I give up that skill edge, their mistakes aren't as magnified. In addition, if I can see flops multiway, it handcuffs the maniacs and the pros from running bluffs, as a 6-way flop someone is bound to have hit something. It also ensures the weakest players are seeing flops with you, the types to stack off with top and bottom pair, idiot ends of the straight, 8-high flushes and underfulls. These are your profit centers, you want them in the pot when you have strong hands. Now, I will limp repot if I believe I can get my stack in. Sometimes I'll buy in small, and reduce my risk of ruin. I can get my stack in, while other big stacks still have to fight one another postflop. This can create spots where I can 3-5x my stack while possibly only having to beat one opponent at showdown, if larger stacks push each other out postflop. But it all depends on your games dynamics, position, stack sizes, etc.
First hand gotta bet that! Hope for set over set and 99 will never expect you to have limped aces! Hard to get much value otherwise. Sets of aces make lots of straights hit. Gotta charge these clowns the max! 843 board, never good to bet top and bottom there. Not really any good turn cards for you, even 8 or 3 can cost you a big pot or win you a small one. Keep that pot small!
@@allenpiscitello yeah, the aces hand I figured I should put out a smallish bet, get some juice in the pot The 843 board I felt like I might as well find out if I'm in trouble on the flop, found out I was, went for a liveread and misread it Crazy the dude bombed the straight card on the turn though, since I could've been betting the draw
