They finally got someone to water the jumps every other day and maintain the bike park they also added a lot of cool features and redid the whole park so the jumps are way better I used to be able to do the whole pro line but now they made the jumps way bigger and mad them into gaps and a 4 for drop at the beginning its much better
I was talking to the maintainers yesterday, the city told them that they don't have the money to maintain the park this year, so there are a few dedicated people that take the time out of there own day to do the maintenance. They asked me to email the city and ask why they don't pay someone to maintain it. Oh, they also closed it over the weekend, because some of the motorcross kids were using it to practice for the show nearby.. stupid motorcross...
I'm at the draper bike park a lot and the reason it was so bad is because they usually resurrect it in the winter then leave it for the season. You went near the end of November so it was at its worst point.
Great vid. watched this before. Heading up there next Friday. Idk if you've ridden Valmont in colorado but I can do all of large and some of xl. If you've been there to Valmont how do these compare? Are you Mormon lol
Valmont is much better in quality as far as jumps go! Much more smooth than Drapers jumps, you may want a decent travel bike for the Draper bike park, however I believe they've updated it recently. And yes I am a part of the church haha
The clips with you riding seem a bit sped up. I've been to this place and have hit all the jumps and the airtime on the proline jumps is not that fast.
i've tried it twice recently they shaped it up much nicer now, and much smoother
Those jumps were sick! Love this park but its packed in the summer
This is my native park! The trails up there are great too
yea man! been wanting to head back up another time
Bike_Life_101 hmu if you do let’s do some laps!
