I was struggling with mental health & confidence issues last year and the Prince's Trust really helped me out, so I completely agree with everything you're saying! I had no idea what they were about until someone suggested them to me, but they are an amazing charity who do unbelievable work for young people. Definitely recommend them to any young person who might be having a tough time.
