My mother would read me a bed time story and fall asleep half way trough it. Then I'd go find my father and say "daddy, I already put mommy to sleep". 23 years later and they still laugh about it.

My favourite part of I Get Around HAS to be the bit where Mike sings "round round, GIT around", or so it sounds!
You two actually make my day brighter. If ever I'm having a crappy day, I can watch these videos and they always make me smile. You're the cutest!

I remember my parents falling asleep while reading to us as children! When my mum would get tired, she'd slur words and start skipping sections, but would always get called out by my brother and I. We'd get so annoyed! But now as an adult I totally get it... Regularly fall asleep while reading to my niece and nephew ;)

My mum (also a getting-into-the-bed parent) once came up to read me and my brother a bedtime story while my dad was downstairs with dinner party guests... she fell asleep for the rest of the dinner party.
Lol everytime I read to my 3 year old at night I start to feel sleepy but then I am pregnant so that might have something to do with it too haha and yes I love most of Julia Donaldson books!!

Snape? Tom, really? SNAPE?! He's a bad person, he bullied is students! He was Neville's greatest fear!
Catherine Mackay Snape is one of my favourite characters too. Don't get me wrong, i hate him with all my heart for how he treated the kids but at the same time he is such a great character. Not a great person but his backstory and his character development is really fascinating.
Agree with you Catherine. I think he gets away with the fact that he psychologically abused his students for years, and was never stopped. I can't remember it exactly, but didn't he quite enjoy it?
Not to forget, he was fine with an innocent man getting the Dementor kiss. Snape was a man filled with a lot of anger and hate. He couldn't even put all that aside and care properly for the son of the woman he loved.
It also seems that the only reason why he changed side was because Lily was threatened which to me suggests, that he still would've been a Death Eater if it hadn't happened.
I actually hate his character the most. Even more than Umbridge.

Jimmy Liu good guys don't bully the students in their charge. And him being good in the end doesn't cancel the bad things out, we would accept Voldy at the end being all, sorry guys, my bad, I'll stop with the murder and evil now.
Catherine Mackay no. I love Snape. I loved to hate him. And then when it all come out, he was a bad guy, that became a good guy, who pretended to be a bad guy. And really, of all the professors at hogwarts, Snape is the one who would be seen to be the mean and nasty aswell as suspicious due to his links to Voldemort and slytherin
And also, Dumbledore new he was dying, and that Draco would not be able to do it (not that he wanted him to do it); so he asked Snape to do it to protect Draco as it was part of the initiation to the Death Eaters.
