My grandmother use to make us steam with mint herb for period pains. ( She used to pour hot water in a bucket and add mint, then wait for the water to cool off a bit then she would give us a towel to sit on the bucket to steam. )

Funny...in the last weeks of my pregnancy it came to me that I need to cleanse after giving birth. After I gave birth I asked the older women about cleansing, they said they don't know anything abt that, they've never done it themselves. However this voice didn't leave me abt doing a cleanse. it's true i was lobola 3 times it never worked until I dreamed I was told who was my soul mate and what I should do after lobola it was revealed in my dreams my husband is my soul mate I was told long ago that other man where a waste of time my husband would cross continents to come to me he was acting shown to me I knew about him before we meet he paid lobola within 2 months he just did things with no drama. Our ancestors know our soul mates . I can testify to the usage of Yoni herbs. I had excruciating period pains that no meds would help, on some nights I'd cry myself to sleep or overdose on the strongest pills. Just this week I used it twice and am having a much better experience of my periods. All the pain has gone I'm just feeling uncomfortable.
