Nemophila had a live stream tonight and released 1:17 seconds of their new song. It comes out in 2 weeks. My little martial arts club closed and I'm really sad about that I really learnt a lot and despite my age I'm sure I still had some improvement potential. It's not all covids fault but it didn't help.
To your comment about genre-bending: Band-Maid's music is like eating a funky bowl of grungy punk rock and metal cereal with a splash of progy whisky milk and sprinkled jazz blues sugar that goes snap, crackle and POP! 💥

The album is published under a new label, and unlike the previous labels, I think this one does not give them any limits and does not try to steer the band's style. There are so many crazy things on this album. i see this as "Band-Maid unchained" moment, and also "we no longer give a fuck".

The Thunder Goddesses of Japan! Rinne, off the Conqueror album, is another excellent hard rock song from these amazing ladies! The whole Unseen World album is a roller coaster ride of excellence! Saiki has said this is her favorite song off the new album, as she feels it fits her range and style best!

Please react to whatever you can find from their newest album Unseen World. Unseen World is a prog, hard rock, metal, whatever, masterpiece. Band-Maid have reached warp speed and their skills are now top level. Next reaction suggestion: After Life, HGK, Giovanni, Manners, No God, Sayonakidori, why why why, Chemical reaction, Honkai, Black Hole, I still seek revenge, Without holding back

If you enjoyed this, I would recommend Sokoninaru, a three-piece that I can't quite put into a single genre. Their influences range from math rock to jazz to punk to progressive metal of various sorts. If interested, I'd start with "Tenohira De Odoru" or "Re:program."

Good to see you're adding Band-Maid back to your diet. You must have been famished but probably feeling pretty full right now. But if you do feel you can squeeze in a bit of dessert, then the live version of 'Warning!' that they released about 4 months ago might do it! ua-cam.com/video/Kojg8ULibeY/v-deo.html . They've released 6 or 7 live songs over the past 6 months, from the two online concerts they streamed this year and also some great MV's. They are all, of course, excellent. And they've all got English captions for those, as you say, nearly always meaningful, heartfelt, moving or inspiring lyrics Miku puts to Kanami's musical compositions. The last video they put up was a double, with a live version of 'Manners' followed by the jaw-droppingly full throttle whirlwind of 'Black Hole' after it, again both from their live stream. Kanami apparently asked Akane what her BPM limit was on the drums, she said 'about 200' and so Kanami, probably with a little smile on her face, wrote this 220 BPM scorcher. Akane probably added "hold my beer..." at that point, as her drumming on the song is insane. Insane but perfect too, of course. It makes Warning! sound like a lullaby! OK, slight exaggeration but just remember, if you do watch it, to buckle up that seatbelt first!

in my opinion Band Maid has no genre, they will play whatever they feel makes the song work, they do punk, prog, grunge, pop, metal even blues and jazz riffs, they are a genre onto themselves, so they just call themselves hard rock
