I bought my s12 not knowing anything about it they also have a turbo single cam CA18ET definitely the s12 is a predecessor to the s13 alot of suspension components are similar and make it viable to be a mini s13
The get is a great car M.A.A.D community, my buddy has one, it's an auto, and he is as broke as an s13 owner, new intro is great, and always love viewer's rides, keep up the great work guys!
Here I am, with a G25 Journey trim, just happy as all heck that I have one of the last G's that is in near mint condition and hasnt been either "modded" into a crapbox by a broke teen or stolen a half dozen times. Seriously, my G25 has about 181k miles and yet the only hint that it ever left the factory is the scraps on the front fender where previous owner obviously misjudged the angle of a couple driveways. Thats it. Inside, I cant even find creases in the black leather heated seats. Is my VQ25HR engine anything to brag about? No. But idrc, my Need for Speed tuning days are long gone along with my 1980 305 V8 C10 and 2012 clapped out af Focus. Ive got a car model that was only made for a couple years, the engine is a VQ HR, its got the best trim package available for the class, its in perfect condition, its been well maintained and serviced, and if I ever DID want to be a turner freak again its literally the exact same car as the 4D G35 except for the engine so swapping it for a VQ35HR and replacing "G25" with "G35" on the back and boom I have one of the most mint G35's still alive in the 2020's and ready to get rice'd tf out. I got the G25 more for the affordable "entry level luxury" comforts and reliability (and being a secret JDM lover from a young age, finally getting to tell my kid self that I finally own a "Skyline"...on a technicality lol), not for the "sport". And the 2nd Gen G's really are one of the rare gems from that era whose style has aged like a fine wine. When you see a near mint 2nd Gen G, no goofy mods or obnoxious tunes, just bone stock but clean af on clean af OEM wheels, it easily could fool a none-car guy into thinking its a brand new car from within the last couple of years, especially from the back.
I have g35 it auto but got it for deal no rust clean paint and only 82000 on paid 5650 for it once the engine or transmission goes its getting swapped and built right now my s13 is a 30k paper weight built it then found the wiring was fxxked so had to wait 6 months on the wiring specialties chassis harness. Just wait on shop to install then get tuned should have close to a 400hp sr20det
Let's fuckin gooooooo, been saying this for awhile. Can't wait to watch this video. But ya, not a skyline. EDIT: I thought there would be more G35 roasting :(
My son inherits my daily G35 as a first car.. may God have mercy on his soul.
If you bought an S12, you wanted an AE86, and got confused or couldn't afford any of them.
Na, they were just dirt cheap cars. I wanted a dirt cheap car not an AE86.
@@Nimbus. plus the ae86 is pretty generic nowadays
Heck I’d buy an 87 honda accord hatch before an 86
You will drive the 86 with love gdmi
Or you just want a car that looks good lol
