All you have is stabilized tanks, Russia makes up half of the stabilized tanks in that br here if you want to fight for your games then play 8.3 Germany with anything from that br or lower BUT NO PREMIUM TANKS (tam 2ip/ turm 3) and see how fun it is playing with unstabilized tanks.
i agree 8.3 / 8.7 russia is pampered and i can do fairly well with even just the T-55AM-1 and nothing else but i play france and they dont have stabilizers between the Jumbo sherman and the AMX-32 (MEPHISTO stabilizer doesnt count imo) which genuinely pisses me off sometimes but in the end i love french tanks
