1 egg yolk.
Sugar (80g/1/3 cup).
Cornstarch (25g/2 level tablespoons).
Cook until thickened.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator.
Chilled cream 33% (200ml/4/5 cups).
Beat until thick.
Mix whipped cream with strawberry cream.
Piping bag with star nozzle.
Decorate as you wish!

Sugar (100g / 3.5oz)

Strawberry (200g / 7 oz)
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Put something into the fridge.
Soak gelatine (10 g / 1 tsp) in water (50 ml / 1/5 cup) and let it swell.
Ricotta (150g/5.3oz) or soft curd.
Sugar (70 g / 1/3 cup), cocoa (1 tbsp).
Cream 33-38% (250 ml / 1 cup).
Heat the swollen gelatin.
Place in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
