Not that I know of, they are probably just using a Vivo screen since and not manufacturing their own since it's cheaper that way and it's a budget device.

I thik Oukitel has a good relationship with BBK electronics 😂
Previously they used some BBK's mobile parts like oppo's battery/1+ charging port. Now Display 😂
