Your channel Is honestly the most underrated architecture channel I have come across. I have been binge-watching all your videos since I came across them a couple weeks ago. I am glad that I came across the channel early in my architecture education. It is helping me realize what things I should really be focusing my time and energy on, and it is very little of what I am learning in school. I think learning to program and focusing on automation is going to be integral in seeing the ideas in my head come to life. Thank you.

Another great topic, and yes the AEC has a lot to learn from the automotive industry. I have jumped down the rabbit hole of Dassault system and I am just amazed at what is possible. For someone that is accustomed to the archicad workflow and trying to understand that other world, is more than a learning curve. Balancing work to pay the bills and learning something new at night for 2h (if that) is difficult, especially that way of thinking for that software. I keep plugging away slowly at it because I see the full potential, as you said, one click and it all updates. Keep up the great videos and will check out your courses.

Some of the best description of the rise of the true building industry (not today's handicraft business). Thanks!

Milos you are so inspiring person. So interesting speeches and thoughts.
As a civil engineer I feel that we are like 20 years behind in technology. There are so awesome tools in the world and we use 1% of them because we are afraid of changes. I always try to automate procedures with the softwares I am using and the joy you take when you realize how much time you saved is incredible. Not only you save time but you don’t spend time on doing chores.

Really interesting.. exciting and scary! The role of the Architect is set to change. Maybe more Architects will get to design and be creative (until automation becomes more common in that space too)

So refreshing to hear these nail hitting hammer of analytics, specially in such a conservative industry.
About the "big cooperation can not fail", they can fail if they are ignorant or too conservative.
They can either go the IBM route at the mainframe era trying to not shoot themselves in the foot but wait until someone else shoots them in the chest (but still survive) or just be ignorant as Kodak or Blockbuster waiting for their end.
So my take is that they can fail and that they can scramble and survive as long as they have the resources to change at the last moment. I think some of the big companies will survive but they might become fewer in numbers (consolidation?) while more newer younger companies will have the ability to rise.
I believe that many of these new companies might rise from the ashes of the old ones (or consolidation / downsizing), much like how Silicon Valley did after the "interactive TV" era failed.

Everything you say is correct but at the end of every sentence you should add an asterisk!
