Your videos are "cool" and my favorite word is "neat" and I'm 68 years old. Keep doing what you are doing, just the way you are doing it. A lot of people really appreciate these hikes that you share with us. Thank you.
Love the video's Mr.Woodsman (not sure what else to call you haha) Im from Central Pa nea Penn State university and your video's have given me alot of idea's for this summer. Thank you for showing everyone all these neat places. Ill def be checking some of them out. Keep up the great work, your video's are great and informative.
Awesome overlook. It would be a great place to take pictures on a sunny day with the sun at your back. I like to watch your videos, partly to see a different type of area than where I live (NJ Pine Barrens). It's gorgeous here, but so different from that. By the way, we have a Cumberland County also. Ours is partly in the Pine Barrens. The rest is farms and a couple of small cities.
If you're ever in the Blair county area lmk. I know a really great cave that you would enjoy and 2 amazing lookouts. I also know of a few abandoned cemeteries and other neat hotspots that I know that you would enjoy. You could get at least 6 videos done in a day if we planned it right. Keep up the good work sir.
That's a cool hike, and there's actually some trail intersections up top that you may want to check out sometime. Specifically to the east there is the Woodburn trail and out sort of on the point of the mountain there use to be a beacon for air travel. Down the mountain not far from the Woodburn trail you can see an airplane wing sticking up out of the ground.
BTW the location of the springhouse was re-worked to hide the cave and also that is the water source for the fountains at the sulfur springs hotel (where they would signal robber lewis) when the coast was clear.
Very....COOL vid. Ignore the haters. I didn't know there was a certain age where you couldn't use the term, COOL anymore. To that person who complained...RELAX, you're not COOL.

Glad to finally see this one! Flat rock is an old favorite, it was my first real hiking experience. I used to spend a lot of time down at camp YoLiJWa
When I was a kid at Camp YoliJwa I used to do that trail from the camp in 45 minutes. Those days are long gone.
I dig your stuff. I would love to explore all over the states. Stay Cool

I also don't expect any recognition or exposure but would just like to share the wealth of my beautiful area that I adore so much.
I'll try to keep that in mind

Hey, Cliff, there is only one way to describe this and all your vids "COOL"
Wow!! God was having a great day when he made The Cumberland Valley!! Great video!!!
BTW the location of the springhouse was re-worked to hide the cave and also that is the water source for the fountains at the sulfur springs hotel (where they would signal robber lewis) when the coast was clear.
The shelter...if you are hiking, are you allowed to camp there for the night or do you need a permit/prior permission?
I don't think you need permission to camp at the shelter, but I could be wrong. The Park website should have that info.
Cool. Thanks :D
Arthur Stone qvc can qvc. Throgg

One thing I've learned from being on UA-cam for several years is that you can't please everyone.
DEAR YOU CAN SAY "COOL" AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE. PEOPLE WILL COMPLAIN FOR THE SAKE OF COMPLAINING. I WOULD INORE THOSE KIND OF COMMENTS.
The child in us never goes away ... Why should it ... That overlook was way cool
Can you see my house from there? : )
sorry COOL.IS STILL....COOL!
Definitely Cool. What kind of an old fart doesn't use "cool" in conversation? Be yourself!
Pretty cool. I've been in that forrest about 2 dozen times and somehow never did the trail to the overlook. Going to have to now!
Keep on being you!!!!!!❤
Why the heck would someone make that statement??? NEVER grow up always COOL !!!!
