That Joe Brown’s dress is beautiful. You have a good eye for a bargain. The teapot with the cover is very practical too. I love the nicely presented, healthy meals you make too. I got a gorgeous blue and white long-sleeved Papaya top for £2.99 this week. A good layering piece.
Those shirts looks amazing. What a great bargain. Very nice tea pot. That look so delicious. I love those chestnut 🌰. Enjoy. Have a great day. Greetings Amie🇳🇿
The bread looks so yummy and easy too make. I believe that same recipe can easily be used for a focaccia like pizza if you made it one big flat oblong or round shape. You can used tinned tomatoes that you can season as your pizza sauce along with your cheese would be excellent. Any tinned mushrooms and onions would be a great topping. In a pinch when I don’t buy a frozen or fresh pizza, I use flour tortilla wraps or naan bread as a shell for a quick pizza. I keep those store bought items in my freezer and pull out one as needed
If you like crisps and have the willpower not to eat them all in one go, the packs of 30 are much better value. Sadly I don't have the willpower and eat too many
I’ve had an amazing week in charity shops too, a kenwood prospero mixer with liquidiser and food processor attachments, nearly new £50 new value £437, and a brand new Roman padded coat for £15 new price £70. I don’t often get good bargains so I’m made up!
Great finds! An helping kids to. 😊 I just got interuped by 2 ads, McCain chips and Stan Billy the kid series. They seem to know I'm an Australian. How do you make hot cocoa with cocoa powder? We use drinking chocolate here but have cocoa in the baking section which I use for cake. I'd like to see you do that. THAT tea pot is awesome, just the right size. I have been busy planting my heart out. The minimum temp is now 5 degrees so not much chance of frost, so here we go!! I have banned my daughter from shopping at the Salvation army charity shop. Their prices are higher than NEW!😢😢😮😮 My daughter bought a disgusting white dress with a collared waist (90s style) for $50!!! That's about £25. I was SO ANGRY😡😡😡 it was a complete RIP OFF! She got the dress because it looked a bit like Victorian era corset dresses. So I got her a $2 corset and she loves that. Some of the dress at salvos are $700!! 😮 they get them for free, and don't pay most of the volunteer staff so that is insane prices. My friend volunteers with them and they select and put anything with a label on the online store. BANNED I SAY😅😅 Belinda
OMG yes the salvation army shop's here are a true rip off for second hand. As are saver's stores. I haven't been in a charity shop for eons now. I shop online mainly. (I'm a shocker for spending $$$$ on Stuff I like)..lol...but I totally agree with you. The op shops here 20 year's ago were great. Everything was reasonably priced. But yeah I don't blame you banning your daughter from the salvos store's. Daylight robbery. ! 😮
Thank you, I just follow the instructions on the packet to make the hot chocolate, basically a larger heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder in hot milk. I did a video on luxury hot chocolate that I make every now and then here’s the link ua-cam.com/video/LdbHdAa6BU0/v-deo.htmlsi=9lQcTd9xU0uUllcd
@@mrdarcy9379hi, I did reply to you but youtube deleted my comment and sent me a nasty message😮😮😮 I think it was because I named stores. But yes, I only buy things at the food bank charity shop and online. There are heaps of clearance in Sept October and none from then on as they stock for Xmas. Never do 25% rip off boxing day sales. Black Friday is 24 Nov so I look but limit purchases to real deals. ❤❤😂😂
Oh well done jill. I loved the tea pot too . Very cute. Yeah cos our herbal teas leave a different taste dont they from black tea. I drink regular tea+ various herbal teas. Im trying a sleep tea right now from Queen Victoria brand.its got Cinnamon, Ginger, Peppermint, Orange and Camomile blend/infusion. Its very nice. I need a teaspoon of honey 🍯 in my herb teas. - you did fantastic with the clothes jill. And the baking looked lovely. Its so comforting to have a nice hot chocolate on a cold day and night. And we all need as much comfort as we can get especially now. 😊 have a great weekend. 🦋🧚🍄

Looks lovely but I find it funny how you have fruit with savoury! Bread looks amazing- no need to knead! 😂

What temp and how long did you bake that bread
Gas mark 6 , here in the U.K. I thin that’s about 200 c. For about 30 mins , but the cooker in this rented flat is very old .

Did you get much rain last night? Absolutely chucked it down here on the south coast. Very low pressure, down in the 970s, so windy, too.
Yes Miss Worm, rain gusty wind…gonna rain all day and all night
