After khabib jumped out of the ring, Conor actually threw the first punch at one of Khabib's teammates on top of the fence. Then Conor got off the fence and the camera pans back to show Khabib's teammates attacking Conor because he attacked them first. So they only went after him becuase he punched first.

While it’s true what Schulz was saying but the ONLY reason Floyd didn’t dominate the fight MORE is because he didn’t want to. He was playing around in the beginning of the fight. Anyone with a brain knows that. When you’re that much better than someone and you know it’s not his sport, you’re not gonna give it your all.

Conor didnt listen to his coaches when they tokd him to keep his legs bent to avoid Khabib from pinning his legs together. He didnt listen and he got mauled in the first half to the point where he could never recover his energy.

Let's breakdown the fight more thoroughly, fellas…
ROUND 1: Khabib plays it safe with a low single and focuses more on CONTROLLING Conor, rather than doing damage. Despite fighting off his back, Conor actually lands MORE strikes than Khabib. Regardless, it's still a CLEAR round for the Dagestanian.
10-9 Khabib.
ROUND 2: Conor is so concerned about being on his back again that he actually falls for Khabib's fake takedown & gets DROPPED by a sneaky (albeit sloppy) overhand. Conor recovers quickly, but Khabib wisely switches back to chain wrestling and puts Conor back down. From there, Khabib proceeds to beat the dog shit out of him. Fight is nearly stopped.
10-8 Khabib.
ROUND 3: Both men are gassed, but Conor has more energy. Khabib goes 0-3 in takedowns and Conor wins the round by out-striking Khabib. This is the FIRST TIME Khabib's ever lost a round in his UFC career.
10-9 Conor.
ROUND 4: Conor starts the round off well, but makes a critical error grappling and ends up giving Khabib his back. Khabib slips in a neck crank and Conor taps.
Khabib wins via submission.
Despite Khabib's “dominant” performance, there was nothing in his arsenal that told me he wouldn't STILL struggle with the likes of Kevin Lee, Tony Ferguson, and Dustin Poirier (OR that Conor has no chance against him in a rematch). Keep in mind that-unlike boxing-MMA is far, far, FAR more volatile and “undefeated” fighters lose all the time.
P.S. Also, please don't spread this BS saying Conor “apologized” to Khabib during the fight. We can't even hear the dialogue clearly, so people are coming up with their own assumptive narratives.
Don't forget conor used dirty tricks. Grabbing glove fence, knee to the head while on the ground and ilegal elbow. I don't know if you missed that or you just as blind as herb dean

2. Hate to break the news to you (and everyone on their moral high horse), but fighters commit these small infractions ALL THE TIME. Black Beast admitted to LYING about losing his mouthpiece to stall for time (on the same PPV). Eddie Alvarez stuck his finger in Poirier's ear to manipulate his head. Aldo grabbed the fence to stop Mendes' takedowns. Silva grabbed Sonnen's shorts to stop a takedown and proceeded to land shots Sonnen couldn't break away from. GSP used vaseline to stay slippery against Penn. DC leaned on a towel to make weight. Mayweather uses forearms and elbows. Andre Ward uses headbutts. Marquez stepped on toes. Maidana used rabbit punches. Hell, if you look on social media, the vast MAJORITY of fighters (including Khabib's teammates) didn't even comment on Conor's “cheating” because the only thing most of 'em care about are eye pokes, low blows, and PEDs. Everything else is about what you can get away with.
3. Conor does NOT “clearly” say “it's business mate.” He (and Khabib) said something muffled, some internet sleuth (looking for clickbait) added subtitles and-once that went viral-people COULDN'T unhear it. The truth is, BEFORE those subtitles were added, people were all over the place debating what was being said. Search “AUDIO ILLUSIONS” and you'll see that this kinda shit happens all the time.
4. Let me repeat what I said since you (and other casuals) are incapable of analyzing a fight: Khabib CONTROLLED round 1, but landed less strikes. Khabib DOMINATED round 2 and nearly finished Conor. Conor WON round 3 (first man to take a round from Khabib). And Khabib STOPPED Conor in round 4.
In other words, Khabib had PLENTY of dominant moments, but it wasn't so absurd that Conor couldn't get a rematch in a year's time. If anything, Conor got beatup and humiliated worse by Nate Diaz.
