Me too😭 Keep yourself warm. Don't wear tight shoes. Exercise. Eat pain killer like "denzen ds" apply GTN forte or GTN cream. This helps me but not that much. This is like a curse but i wish this goes away forever!😭 due to this i hate winters!

Chilblains recover quickly? Every spring they seem to resolve themselves. And they will be back promptly 6 months later, no matter how much I try to keep them warm, dry and use natural fibres

@@77Avadon77 I’ve tried glyceryl trinitrate which is similar to nitroglycerin and had no success. I’m hesitant to go down the route of artificial muscle relaxants as it most likely cause dependency as I would probably use them heavily all winter

I just realized I have this tonight. It's been on my toes for a couple weeks now and is irritating. I need to find some answers as part of my job is snow removal in the winter. Initially I thought it was my winter wool socks causing the irritation, but after I switched back to the cotton the condition is still here, now I know why it's chillblains

I found an ayurveda remedy to get rid or reduce the itchiness and it really works. Apply mustard oil every morning and night. Unfortunately, it doesnt help with the swelling or the pain.

It's not that you need to keep your feet hot or cold all the time. it's that you need to be careful about the very quick transitions Specifically from hot to cold. You can also try gradual cold therapy training like wim hoff to increase your ability to handull cold and stop your body from overreacting to it

I have chilblains on my right index finger. It is swollen, red & occasionally itchy. Makes it challenging for me to hold a pen properly. There's a small blister & I'm trying very hard not to make it burst. What is the cure for this?

I have an interesting one for you. I usee to get chilblains real bad on my toes, almost couldn't walk sometimes. Nowadays though in cold weather, its almost like they start to form, i feel the swelling and heat but they never get beyond that stage, never even get to the itchy stage, then a day or 2 later they disappear. Do you think these are still technically chilblains or could it be something else?
