UPDATE: it seems a small number of people are experiencing some sort of issue or bug where the Plasma Cutter is not showing up when they go to the navigation room. I am not sure what causes this but I will update here if I figure it out.

there wasnt plasma cutter after i opened the door in my adventure mode, should i try rolling another world? I also curious if I can get to spectrum nexus in this world.
@@RX-qj7jz hmm… that’s unusual. Maybe it needs to be done in campaign mode?
What's on your sidearm that made it glow blue and green back and forth?
And is this in all games (the helm and stuff at the start) or am I going to have to hope I get it and look through the whole map for the extraction hub?

Rem 2 is such a vacation, I haven't been excited to play a game like this in such a long time. Thank you shatter for the guide!. I found the ship and knew I was missing something to gain access. This really helps and keeps me from missing such a good weapon.
And it sucks cause the performance update dropped today and I can’t even play because I’m going on a road trip back to my house😭 when I get back I’m gonna get high as balls and vibe out in remnant tho and I couldn’t even play co op on vacation cause the Wi-Fi was so bad😭

Man, I can’t believe the amount of stuff they have hidden away in this game. It is so well done, and I can’t get enough.
It's quite unnatural to buy a game these days for that price so well made and except for 3 crashes 0000 bugs for me.
Also so many hidden items and different ways of doing bosses for different reward. And most of all no political crap or any messages and NO micro transactions. I bought the Ultimate version and it was cheaper than most normal version games. And now I will get probs two dlcs included. Just brilliant. This company and 4A with the metro series are my new favourite companys

I love the beam rifle from 1 and was glad 2 had their own version, found the helm but couldn't get the ship drop but thankfully used xbox LFG posts to find someone quick to get it.

One of my party members is using both the explorer and handler archetypes, they can both boost movement speed for the party and the boosts stack

I think i've got the other option where it retrieves the capsules and they're 5 of them in the 2nd Overworld only and it gives an Amulet,Ring and a secondary weapon :) kick the capsules,find a big ass circle on the map thats on the outside and just use the console(button) infront of the Drone Chamber...it will glow purple if its ready and the items will start popping in the Shells on the bottom like cartridges :)

I've rerolled N'erud 4 times, always get the extraction site but never the ship.
I've already got Nightfall so I dont really need the Plasma Cutter, but I really want it. I'm sick of the sight of N'erud now. I can't wait to play literally any other zone!

I found the crashed ship in both campaign and adventure mode. I opened the door and the gun wasn't there either time.
So I have to finish a dungeon or two to get to the second world and if the ship is not there then re roll and do it all over again until I see the ship? If so which dungeons have to be completed? I’m confused and I got the helm
So what spawn should I find? The seeker spawn or forgotten prison

Ok good news for those who were bugged. I just rerolled an adventure mode and it was there this time. You can bring your mask and the items are there.
Yeah i'm on my 3rd reroll and it's still not there so idk about that

For some reason the gun isn't there for me neither is the ring so i joined someones elses world and it was the same perhaps the gun only sometimes spawns either if you get the ship.
Not sure if this will help anyone but if you luck is like mine and you found re-rolling N'erud kept yielding excavation hub or Titan's reach, check your campaign just in case as I just looked at mine and had the one I needed and the quest still worked..
Again, not sure if it'll help but always worth checking :)
i dont remember doing any of this, but i have the gun and ring. i think either i joined a game where someone grabbed it or someone grabbed it while they were in my game, either way, i didnt see a popup at all, and only noticed afterwards while i was looking through the weapon upgrade menu and noticed a long gun i didnt remember grabbing or crafting, lol
What can I do if my game is bugged? I open the door, it said objective complete and all but there was no gun. Just an empty case??
Wandering how you acquired the cool looking lightweight armor you had on when you picked up the ring?
it was in a specific dungeon on N'Erud, I would need to go back and look to see where though. Might make a video on it soon enough, stay tuned!

@@MatthewFalcon672you jump down on of the tubes in the dungeon and then complete the boss fight, then look for the key down there.

Hi there , instead of the armor you have all the video , which kind of set is in the very first beginning of the video ?
Does it have to be the area timeless horizon for you to find the ship?
Is there a way to alter the ship tile set randomization cause I just can't get it to spawn in adventure....
UPDATE: For everyone who has been having issues with the Plasma Cutter bug. I got the helmet in my campaign mode and had The Eon Vault area with the ship I’m adventure mode and still got the Plasma Cutter. The only thing I did that I made sure of doing was putting the Engineer class on just in case. I don’t know if that solves the issue or maybe they just patched the bug because it just worked for me.
Theres a few bugs a lot of people are having, and apparently the devs are in the trenches fixing up a patch atm. One of the ones that affected me was the missing chicago typewriter smg in the Labyrinth, but other common ones is the revivalist trait and max trait point trophy not proccing
got the helmet, engi class equipped and just opened the door. no plasma cutter. might be a random bug where the weapon just clips through the map. as i got the chicagot typewriter it was halfway inside the crate with the grips pointing upwards. luckily i still was able to pick it up

In case anyone finds the ship and the plasma cutter isn't there I was in the eon vault map where it didn't show up. I tried again but in the timeless horizon and it was there hope it helps
So i got the navigator's helm. I found the ship. I opened the door, and there was nothing there. The plasma cutter straight up didn't spawn for me
I need help, when you say 2nd overworld area of N'erud what does that mean? I have the helm and can't find the ship.
So I went into adventure mode to reroll n get the helmet. I went back into the campaign mode and the door opened n the weapon was not there. Did I do something wrong???

Is there another possible event? My “extraction hub” is called titans reach and it is in timeless horizon, but at that checkpoint there is nothing like what you have around yours. I can’t find that place?
I wish these lock and key quests would always have both parts in the world

So after watching this, I rerolled NErud on adventure mode about 7 times. I have yet to find either the mining area with the alarms or the space ship. Am I just having really bad rng luck?
It's either or everytime. You have to look in the SECOND overworld map, not the first.
What Luggi said, second overworld map should have one or the other.

@@FragOnlyCinema Exactly. And to be fair, it just takes 10 mins or so. There is one starting point that is much faster than the other. I think you can figure it out. Also, the event you are looking for is pretty huge and can be seen almost across the map, so there really is no searching involved at all.
Apparently, I don't have an Extraction Hub in my Timeless Horizon; I don't have an Eon Vault either, which is supposed to be the alternate to Timeless Horizon. I have gone all over backtracking after beating the main boss, but even though I have the crashed ship I can't get in the door due to the lack of an Extraction Hub.
I think it's one or the other. So since you have the ship then there is no extraction hub. You'd have to try rerolling nerud in adventure mode to get the extraction hub, then go back to the ship in your campaign mode.
I went below the extraction site and the guy with helmet wasnt there

Sorry for being a noob, i have found the 3 parts under the machines, (secret hole) but i dont have the location timeless horizon, which area do i need to explore to unlock this area? looking on my map i have a question mark on the left side (underneath a faint image of a alien with his hands out reached)
You may have to use adventure mode to reroll Nerud to get it. My primary campaign has it but I had use adventure mode to get the extraction hub area.

No it is just a random chance to be there on Nerud, it silent there in some versions/procedurally generated nerud’s
Another way to do it is if you have the world with the crashed space ship and you know someone who has the navigation helmet just invite them to your game and they can open it for you

Will that crashed ship always be somewhere on the map, or could it just not exist on some playthroughs?
The worlds seem to be different so you may have to re-roll to get certain dungeons or locations.

The door to the room that holds the plasma cutter opened for the first time, yet the plasma cutter was not inside. I got the navigation helmet on a different world than the scanning door is, would this matter?
No because the helmet is a actual equitable piece, you’ll just need the helmet, then find the ship

@@flammemus2763 same thing happened to to my buddy. One friend had the helmet in his world but no ship where other friend was opposite. We tried it in his world with no dice.

Same thing here. I had no extraction hub in my campaign, but I did have the Ship. I went adventure mode to attain the navigator helm @ extraction hub. Then, went back to original campaign to titans reach where the ship door was. After all that time and finally the reward. No dice. The spot where the purple item rifle should be. Nothing there. Nothing in the room whatsoever. Hence, landing on this video, then eventually to this comment.
I cant even rool nerud on my adventure and cant find it in campaing bit i have found all the other places ??

When I got inside it opened for me with the mask on and my character said “oh yeah” and there was NO WEAPON. Only thing was a recording about the gravitational pull machine recording. But no weapon

depends which one. The fae royal set (which I am wearing when I get the plasma cutter) I do have a video on. The space worker set (worn when I get the navigator mask) I do not have a video on currently.

Just re-roll the campaign, I did until I got the ship ... but I don't have the Extraction Compound ... so I can't get the helmet. X_X

I have the helmet, but what should be the starting point of the world to find the spaceship? Every time i start at the prison or something and can't find a way to travel to the second open world😢

i think it is just bugged for a small number of people. Might take a patch from the devs to fix it.
