Every tool used to measure the earth only works on a flat earth except what? Yes a protractor because on a ball your surface level measuring point is the centre of the earth (hell). Plus you can’t measure up and down on a ball only in and out. That’s because you have no flat line of reference to make a 90 degrees, to then make a scale to use. If the Earth was flat and the sun and moon were moving binary to each other above it, then the sun as the day began it would appear to slowly be expanding before hitting a maximum size at noon, before slowly shrinking until disappearing entirely, this would also be true for the moon during night

The mercator projection map isnt what the flat earth looks like. Check Gleason's map or azimuthal projection map, theyre closer to what the flat earth looks like. Youll understand how japan got to pearl harbour so quickly.

Humans have known the earth was round for a lot longer than 2000 years. Ancient Egyptians have known the Earth was round for much, much longer. They were the first to know, and they used the same techniques, but a lot earlier. They could even calculate the curvature.
