GoldenEye 007 FC5 - Surface I & Bunker I - 00 Agent (Fan Remake)

Third level of Krollywood's fan remake of GoldenEye inside Far Cry 5's Arcade Editor, which again features both Surface I and Bunker I seamlessly! I really loved Surface on this one. The huts are extremely well detailed and the terrain looks great, hearing the Russian chatter while they patrol is also a great touch. So far this is my favourite recreation, we'll see about the rest!
This is faithful recreation of the full GoldenEye campaign (excluding the bonus levels) within the limits of the Far Cry 5 level editor. Played on PC in 4K 60FPS with Ultra settings and minimal HUD settings. Featuring the dynamic soundtrack composed by Yannick Zenhäusern AKA GoldenZen's from the cancelled GoldenEye 25 project.
As of June 23rd, 2021, MGM pulled off the fan remake from the Arcade Mode inside Far Cry 5. However, you can now play them again on PC and PlayStation (and soon Xbox) by simply looking for "Golden Cry" on PC, or "KROOD" on PS - or simply check the links below:

Can this definitely be played on xbox? Had far cry back when it came out but sold it. I'm going tomorrow to buy a copy just for this and wanted to re use my xbox save.
This is absolutely fantastic work by the way. Goldeneye is such a treasure for so many and this could be the greatest thing ever to be made
@@markhorsburgh Yes you can play it on Xbox same way as PC and PS4. Just have to look for the maps in Arcade and add them to favourites.

Yes, you can. Just search for the levelname "GE64" in FarCrys Acrade-Mode "Solo & Coop". But please be sure that the levels creator and original creator is named "MapSwapper2" in the infobox of each level. He ported my levels from PS4 to PC / XBO. Other players stoled my levels and added crap like "unlimited ammo" or something.

I really am blown away at how well it can replicate the look and feel.
It's a bit of a shame that it seems as though the level editor might not support objectives beyond "get to the exit" but graslu takes the time to humor the objectives like a proper 00 Agent!
Man their level editor is one hell of a beast if fans can pull these levels off.

@@dennisnordlund902 it was sadly under utilized imo. There are some other great custom maps, but not nearly as many as there should be.
@RetroGamer 64 yeah its not the best map creator. Imo that honor goes to forge mode in halo, but thats because it has all the stuff you need to make really cool maps for that style of game, and not necessarily anything else.

@RetroGamer 64 Today's modders are tomorrows developers. Mod tools are in my opinion important and a AAA developer bothering with a map editor is rare.
Whoever made this deserves to be in the Guiness Book of World Records.
That creator is amazing, its a series of level, very well done each one of them

Goldeneye reloaded suffers from a severe case of poopybumitis
I love all the little details inside the cabins. like the space heaters, racks of canned & jarred food, decorations on the walls etc. makes it feel way more lived in and immersive than just an empty cabin with a single bookcase and a desk.
When you give Gras the ability to kick and punch stuff, you bet things will get kicked and punched.

This released last year and wasn't kept secret. Nobody can cease and desist this, they're just levels made on a PS4 using Far Cry 5's Arcade Editor.

It's all made with FarCry 5 on PS4. I'm thinking about to make a "behind the scenes" video soon but my English isn't very well. 😅🙈 But it could be interesting.

Amazing how this map turned out almost identical to the GoldenEye 25 you showed in that build. It was something of this level and above that we deserved.
Big Graslu00 fan, have been for years. Now real quick, I'm a musician. So naturally, music is everything to me. I am also an N64 freak, and i try to be a James Bond expert. Im not into gaming after the ps2 and xbox years. Im older. Of all the levels in this beautiful remake of Goldeneye, this level hits the hardest. Wonderful soundtrack on this level alone. Great video. Krollywood1405 you are talented beyond words for your work here. The honor is ours. 💯👍🏻
just saying: this is waaaay better than Goldeneye Reloaded
I know it's just a result of building this in a modern game engine with modern assets (which looks spectacular by the way), but I still find it hilarious that Soviet-era soldiers are carrying free floated AR platforms.
I started the map editor once and it looked fairly basic with a couple of terrain sculpting tools + prop/entity placement and that's about it. Great job from the map creators, in fact im still not sure how they manage to create such complex indoor levels.
I gotta admit, this rendition of Surface is absolutely awesome. Really prefer it to the barren wasteland in the original.

I can't get over how gorgeous this and the other maps are. If you didn't play it, you wouldn't even know it was F5. The levels are perfect recreations and exceeds beyond expectations. It only makes me sad we couldn't get GE25.

man it just feels like your bigger than 007, in the original everything looks big and wide open and blank and if feels like your smaller, but in this your just big and everything is so detailed and perfectly to scaled

Pretty much what I wanted golden eye reloaded to be. Of course with the objectives and multi-player. I understand you couldn't put the objectives in, this is dope.

No Boris "knockers, I am invincible." You have not hit them yet, but the drone guns are absent. And the newest FarCry 6 does not include arcade mode/editor mode.
Oh there is a dog at 2:34 ! You know the dog you meet makes me thinking about call of duty 4 modern warfare mission, when you infiltrate with McMillan and you see a dog eating somebody, you needed to stay away the most possible from him. So if i understand this surface mission is a stealth mission ? Or maybe better be quiet ? Anyway, This level looks like more difficult than goldeneye reloaded or the original goldeneye.

I read the comments (not all) ,we need all the irracional explosions like the n64 game,the decoratives toys in the table that can kill you ¿What good is technology if it can't do that? Little details that make life better
