Kim’s a homegirl from Ohio. I love her home. It looks like something that might be channeling her childhood home here in the suburbs of Cleveland. From her furnishing style, to her outside landscaping. It’s giving me a comfort level for her. In a busy place like California. She probably desired to carve out a little hometown feeling for herself here. Only thing I might switch up is some of the interior room color choices, and change out some of those gold hardware finishings. But otherwise, I love her home! I get it😘. I give it a 9.❤️
What a pleasant and grown up comment. My comment was somewhat similar. I also love her home. It's warm and inviting. It looks like a family home. It's like these people expect her to livd in those cold square glass houses. Not everyone's into that.
She's a financially savvy & down to earth woman, so I can see her opting for practical instead of over-the-top inside & outside of her home. I give it a 5.5.

People downgrading this home like they have better. Did you expect her to have one of those cold overpriced glass houses? Not everyone is into that. This home, though not my prefered style, is still very beautiful. It's warm and inviting and it says 'a loving family lives here'. It looked even better with her furnishings in it as shown in some of the photos. I would rate it a solid 8.

Technically for California and the price she got a great deal! The furniture is a little dated but comfortable! I’d rate it an 8.
From the pictures Kym's home on this video, it doesn't look like her home is that big, but when I watch her podcast "Two Funny Mamas", I've heard many times how big her home is and is a mansion from not only her best friend Sherri Shepherd but others as well.
Yes, its definitely a sizeable home, but not huge. The pool and tennis court is a nice bonus!

A home in California is out of reach for most young people, and don't get me started on black people who are at the lower economic scale, so Kim, you did well. 2 mill in Tarzana with land and pool rapidly appreciating she doing very good and Cali weather cant be beat.

Well, I think she should have bought or built in Cleveland. House that are 9000 sq. ft is around 500000 in good neighborhoods. Property taxes wouldn't be as high, and she could have purchased a condo in Cali and flew back and forth as needed for work. Save a ton of money.
I used to watch her show, her house was always just a regular comfortable home for her and her son Joshua and her friends and family to kick back without feeling they couldn’t touch this or that…I rate it a 6.5
I give this home a 7; only because of the pool and tennis court. I must admit... I didn’t expect those amenities in this price point... And in that case.... She did well.

Everyone doesn't want an over the top home. I love the back of the home more then the front but I give it a 7.5

It is a home fit for a women and her son. The grounds are private and fabulous. Hard to beat a large yard, mature landscaping, pool and a tennis court. The house is cute and spacious but could use updates that she could do in time. I give it a seven.

In California even the smallest 3 bedroom runs a million dollars or more. Real Estate in California is high as hell. This is a nice home and nothing wrong with it, but kinda of creepy to know her homes location. I'm sure any celebrity would want their privacy regardless, because we all would as well.
I know her home looks different vs the home she had on her reality show. This gives her more space, because she has a podcast and her child grown up.
This is a nice home and after while she will sell this and make a nice chunk of $$$. Most celebrities get a house and sell after a few yrs and move on to something different. Real Estate the key out in Cali.
