Their facial expressions at the end really make this for me. Griffin's chaos gremlin grinning and nodding, Travis looking slightly guilty but thoroughly enjoying himself, and Justin's "oh no what have we done" facepalming...a beautiful range of emotions displayed here.
The revelation that there was a wizard statuette watching Griffin from behind the entire time really adds a hint of menace to the strange power that Fungalore had over them

I have listened to every singe episode at least once, and never been so fucking pleased about a year theme. I am actually kinda worried about HOW pleased I am with Fungalore. But that too pleases me. Facebook had already decided that I needed to see like three different groups about "hey lookit this cool fungus!" and I had already *heartily agreed*. I was already on board with Fungalore, they just gave him a name. People certainly are embracing the EFFFFFF outta Fungalore tho!
