This was just MAGIC! what an entertainer. Matt Corby is a much loved Australian artists. He has a big fan base in the USA as well...has toured there.... one never knows just what to expect when he sits down to play piano or picks up his guitar....his vocal range is brilliant...and writes so many of his own songs.... Would suggest the longer version if you can find it where he tells the DJs about the backstory of why he wrote the song so you understand why he puts so much feeling into it.
Matt is a phenomenal Australian musician.. he actually came in 2nd on Australian idol..he is probably one of the top 5 musicians to come out of idol and rebuild his career by working hard.. very under rated singer
Matt was runner up on Australian Idol at 16 years of age. He plays guitar, banjo, piano, harmonica and drums as well as a few other instruments. Matt was classically trained and turned his back on the commercial route after Idol, knocking back a deal with Sony and went independent.
