Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

I'm torn bro. Stand up for free the boobs or understand a public place is to abide by public nudity laws so even the most uptight customer can feel welcome..... you're killing me Jon. Thanks for making the difficult choices for me bud.
@J K but it is entertaining
Toooo beeeeee faaaiiiirrrrrrrr

Or a current life.
Tammy is like a 40 year old lady who is trying to hold onto her twenties.
Is like? More like IS.
She's no Milf
Quite desperately.
You can say that again, it was like:- If She Couldn't Expose Herself Then She Had No Reason To Live!
Tammy sounded like a drunk Pokemon after she left the bar. Tam Tam! Tam Tam! 😂
Jon Taffer not giving the man a handshake and saying “that’s okay” is god tier
So sad🥲
absolutely humiliated on TV
I love it how John never runs in to the bar, always walks, even when the customer is in trouble
He's old.
The only time I ever saw her run was that one episode where the “manager” Amanda followed her coworker out back of the bar and got into a fight in the parking lot. Although I’m sure that it was because it was pavement vs wood floors.
@@LittleLondonCottages It is also probably because those in the car segments are recorded separately from the segment where he walks in so hes probably like right outside the door in the reality of the bar recordings.
Hes old, he doesn't look like it, but for all of you reading this, at the time of this message he is 69 years old, at the time of this video being released he was 66 years old, and at the time of this episode release. Hes 61. I wouldn't want to run being in my 60s, plus hes a big guy(disclaimer, not fat, just tall and wide frame) which definitely would put wear and tear on those knees
@@remingtonthomas4542 yah I get it he’s old not my point, he takes his time, and I know a bunch of people that run/ride bikes/ exercise in there 60’s and even 70’s
Every single bartender that got fired: I have no idea what I did wrong! Everyone else wasn't doing shit
Yeah, Nina didn't say that. Instead she tells her boss to kill himself.
@@Killua_Morales Nina was giving away drinks without charging the customers for them, so she was giving away the owner's money
Just as doing BAD D.I.Y. is worse than doing NO D.I.Y., so too is Giving Away Drinks worse than doing F*** All

They’re all stupid
@@forrestrous4551 That's right.
One thing every business owner needs to understand: employees are not your friends. If they don't work, you fire them. That's it.
Spoken like someone who's never held a job before. Are you 12?
He’s right?
@@ThePrimeMinisterOfTheBlock spoken like someone who understands basic business skills, unlike you
@@johnskahen3494 I'm not saying he's wrong, I'm saying he's clearly never had to fire someone in his life.
@Dan Chai so why do you think people who've invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in a business - good luck to you, I hope you get to experience it for yourself one day - why do you think they struggle with it.
That last clip, I love how the owner handled that: "If I walk back inside that bar, and you don't follow me, don't ever show your face around here again!" Straight to the point, no BS, full authority. That's how you fire someone with dignity!
You can see Jon’s face he’s genuinely impressed, everyone is normally awkward, too polite or hesitant when reluctant to fire someone.
And the lower third going from “MANAGER” to “EX-MANAGER” in one second was a cold-as-ice edit.
Shoutout to Bobby. I love seeing someone actually care and try hard, he’s a good worker and probably a good guy
To be fair, I also would consider whoever brought a bunch of pizza to be the hero of the bar 👏👏👏
Yeah it's the employees though that should be concerned given the kitchen loses money
I'd legit tip him and ask if he wants a drink
@@zacharybreen8891, that was the point of the episode. The business wasn't serving any food so Taffer and his team wanted the owners to realize how much potential money they had lost. All of those slices could have been a meal sold.
Bars got no pizza ??
@@jasminetay9820, the one from the episode didn't. Thats why its so weird as pretty much all bars do.
“They’re applauding for a slice of freaking pizza”
*WOULDN’T YOU?! IT’S FREE FOOD!*
And it looked pretty good
Anyone would
It looks like cheap pizza and if I ordered food I'd normally wait ... but if the bar was so bad I couldn't get fries or onion rings in 45 minutes I'm all on that and demanding a refund.
Exactly
Hell yeah I would 😄
Seeing how he came in and talked to Tiffany shows how much this guy cares. He could see that she was broken and scared. He didn't come in shouting because he knew she understood that it was wrong and needed the support to do something about it.
He shouts because most of these owners won't admit that there are clear problems and it's the only way to get them to understand how big a deal it is.
I feel like he's the bar expert version of Gordon Ramsay.
Amazing to me how John can just fire one of the co-owners like he walks in instantly he's in charge of the entire bar to the point where he can fire an owner
my friend, this man has saved....TONS of bars I get your not asking how but this guy has...lets say for small he's got experience lol you gonna let your bar fall or get the help and raise it like you want, that's the question
Yeah I know the guy knows what he's doing but one if you seen Kitchen Nightmares you'd know even if someone's desperate they're not going to let their ego down and two I wasn't trying to say anything I just think it's amazing that this man is so commanding with his voice he just walks up and instantly owns whatever place it goes into
@@Opal_the_snow_rat an ego can turn a kingdom into dust, that was a rule in business I learned, stay humble keep your nose to the grindstone and you'll come up smelling like roses
It's because in the contract he gets a % of the bar in exchange for rescuing it.
Because he is a co-owner of the bars on this show.

Having spent 2 years behind a bar, this is a shambles, these people were set up to fail, no training, no guidance, no rules.
Yeah as a guy who spent 2 years working casino stuff, these guys were fucked. Except Bobby, he was fucking awesome
I've noticed that on Bar Rescue - i think it was in s3 the girl who cared, but didn't know her measurements or have enough mixology experience. With training she'd have probably been worth something but instead Jon just had her fired for overpour. Everyone behind a bar started somewhere but if you dont train them, they won't learn.
This. It's not their fault but the owner.
My man Bobby deserves nothing but praise and love. That guy is someone you can trust with anything
True, i hope he does well
This series should be "Jon's angriest getting out of the car moments" I've never seen someone leave a vehicle with so much conviction
And then proceed to slowly walk to the bar lmao

The budget for car door repairs must be through the roof on this show everytime John rips half the car off.

"TamTam" desperately needs professional help. She looks older than her years; all that alcohol is doing her no good at all! If she stops drinking now her liver will recover... with time. Her reputation may be more difficult to repair.
the owner should’ve fired her earlier for her own safety idk how she allowed that to go on for so long
Ok Dr phil
idk man alcohol is pretty good, but yeah she should probably chill if she wants to live.
Bravo on your assessment as it pertains to tam tam, you hit the nail on the head perfectly. Once online, it remains there forever.
@@annettekendall1846 If it helps TamTam back off the drinking then it's done its job.
Mad mad MAD respect to Bobby. He has the mindset that’ll put you ahead. The “there’s no job thats below me” mindset. He was making drinks, taking orders, running food to tables, doing whatever needed to be done. And THAT is why he was chosen for manager.
This is something that younger people need to learn.
@@nightfightsday 100% way too many of this generation think because they are the manager, super visor, what ever... that they are too good for most jobs, they think if there is a job that needs to be done, its there job to tell someone to go go do it. They think by becoming a manager, supervisor, etc. it means less work, when in reality it means more work! The reason those positions get paid more, isnt to tell people under you what to do, its because you're suppose to be better than every employee, and are able to manage, and handle any job. While every employee tends to have a specific job, that they are in charge of, a manager is suppose to be able to do every job, and task... if something is needed done, no matter what it is, as a manager you are able to jump in there and get it done.
To many times Ive seen managers stand there, and give an employee 10 tasks to do, because they are short handed, or what ever... and instead of hopping in, helping to get things done, they just have one employee take on the jobs of multiple employees, while they stand around watching, because "im the manager, its not my job to go do that" um yea it is... that is why you got the position of manager, just because you're the manager doesn't mean you're above any job.
But thats the mentality millenials, and even worse, gen z have, they think when you get promoted, youre suppose to get paid more, but have to do less. You just get paid more to not only boss people around, but youre allowed to come late, leave early... when in reality your promotion pays you more, to teach everyone, to do every job that needs to be done, to be the first one there, and the last one to leave.
The man has energy you usually only see in men half his size and age. It's impressive.
@@Jamezy316 The man's killing it but I've had plenty of managers that are from the previous generation sit on their ass or are an actual detriment to operation. Get the fuck out with this generational bullshit.
Just be careful. A lot of jobs will let you do the work of three people without a raise. Don’t ever accept a higher workload without higher wages.

I have been in this industry for 15 years, I love it...I have worked in failing bars, dirty bars, illegal bars....and it is ALWAYS bad management, bad owners, and chasing away the only people who KNOW what they are doing...I was once demonized by a bunch of baby bartenders for suggesting TABLE Numbers!
I’ve worked in quite a few restaurants as a waitress. Table numbers are SO useful!
good employees do not quit a company they quit their boss, a bad boss will lose good staff quicker than a turd can empty a swimming pool lol
i used to run a pub in the UK, increased the barrelage of the pub by 5 times what the previous landlords had ever sold and did so consistently, why? because of quality/ speed and customer service, every customer greeted like they are old friends or long lost family, good beer, friendly, comfortable atmosphere and staff that know and watch what they are doing and deliver drinks quickly, everyone noticed at the bar and acknowledged, nobody ignored, if my staff see something that can help and comes to me, like putting numbers on tables that should have already been there would get a bonus, im sorry youhad that experience.

Bobby was the actual man, he worked his hardest. Even if it wasn't for the fact he knocked it out of the park, the attitude he showed was best for hospitality.
Bobby was my boy this season
I thought he was the owner by how much he cared about the business. As an employee and as a friend Bobby is worth gold!
Bobby was an absolute G the whole time and made the entire stress test his bitch, and THATS what John is looking for, even if there are mistakes
Bobby is the best part of this entire series. He’s such a good dude
“They’re applauding for a slice of freakin’ pizza.”
To be fair, free pizza is awesome
5:40 Tam Tam's father didn't love her enough
this show taught me that in order to talk to an adult acting like a child you have to slap them with a dose of reality. Or sometimes pull the rug of fantasy out from under them
Right. Seeing adults get yelled at like this is great
Can we take a minute to admire the hero arriving with 15 pizzas
@ُ his name is Ryan cook , he’s one of Jon’s professionals on the show
I have worked from aged 12, I attended school in UK and worked at weekends. I was successful in each and every job I performed right through to today now aged 51, the one thing that ensured my success was what my Mum told me which was " never be seen doing nothing, always keep busy and when others stand around waiting to be told what to do, you make sure your already doing it" from cleaning walls and floors to becoming a very good wage earner I have always followed that tip, make yourself crucial to the employer.
