Houtong has become one of my favorite city so far! There are cats everywhere and the vibe of the town are just so relaxing. 🐈

Tourists going to Houtong should also consider visiting the coal plant museum. The process and the way they preserved the remnants of the old coal mines is fascinating.

I traveled from Taipei main station! And you can easily get the ticket to Houtong from the ticket machine there☺️👍🏼
