I’m a Newcastle fan and I agree with Jason that next season will be gruelling, yes we will bring players in over the summer but we seen with the carabao cup how it affected our league form so I’m actually not sure if we will finish in the top 4 next season because we will be in several competitions

This is a massive massive step for Newcastle and a dangerous one aswell because if they just throw money at it like Chelsea has Newcastle won’t get into Europe again they need to spend wisely to ensure they retain this new top team status and good luck to them in the champions league next season
From what we have seen so far, the ownership seems to be level headed enough, if they get what they need in the summer, they can cement themselves as a top 4 side not just a one off.
