They more than likely already exist and have for a long time, but we're not mature enough to handle them yet.
But will we have access to them before NDT stops interrupting and bringing the overall quality of discussion(s) down 6 levels?

The only thing i am certain of is that i have experience of hot. Speed of quantum computing don't change the robotic nature of the AI.
Quantum computer is still on the level of vegetable or protozoan, when we think about consciousness.
It cannot overcome the barrier that stems from the missing soul and the missing self.
Without soul AI can't dream and it isn't at the level of an advanced animal (consciousness).
Without self it isn't at the level of human (consciousness).
These are the two barriers AI can't overcome.
Possibly AI could imitate soul and self, if scientists and engineers would know, what those are, maybe.. Eventually imitation wouldn't be the same.
Growth of technology and reaching singularity-point in computing does not result in a soul or self. Both of those are from spiritual world. Material development don't result in them.

Sort of. When we build quantum computers, we are building to specific uses, and their application is subject to the benefits of the algorithms being use. Which is still an area of discovery. It's not the case that "quantum computers are better and faster", but we are seeing some quantum machine learning benefits (my colleagues at Quantum Brilliance are presenting on this topic this week in fact at ISC 2023 in Germany). So while this talk is... slightly fantastical... there's genuine but slow and specific progress being made.

michio is the only scientist on this “panel”. Neil is/was a shill for the khazarian ashkenazi however, he recently has tried to come back to grace. His speech patterns are obvious of one whom is nervous of being outed as such by Michio whom is a proper rockstar scientist.
He is incredibly intelligent, and when he describes the ridiculous theory of the Big Bang, he even says the word “but” which makes everything that he has said in the sentence before it irrelevant and inadmissible. Brilliant.
So… if you really want to get down to brass tacks as to how everything works, it’s all about Pythagorean mathematics and sonic geometry 432 root tuning of and to the power of 144,000 for any given factor 9 frequency to connect all.
Nicola Tesla and Pythagoras, mandelbrot, as well as emerald tablets of thoth all point to this.
This is how we were able to calculate the speed of consciousness at 16.2 trillion times the speed of light. Take a pentagon 540 degrees look at the expression as cycles per second to the power of 144,000 and you get the color green take that frequency to the power of 144,000 and you get the electromagnetic energy center of the heart chakra take that to the power of 144,000 and you get the frequency for the conscious expression of joy. You can go slowing down the frequency in the same equation technique from 540 which happens to be a major of the power of 144,000 and it is the frequency for the smell of citrus of a lime. Do the same equation slowing down and you get the frequency for the liquidity viscosity of olive oil. Do it again and you get the density frequency for oak.
If you follow this information I’m giving you, you will be able to correlate and map everything that exists in creation and you will also be able to understand alchemy as a real thing because everything is just vibration, face cancellation, and the forces that they respond and interact with.
Sidenote, copper wire ring with a ring magnet creates wattage.
Anyway, if you want to read my dissertation on the subject, I will provide the link here. I’m not trying to advertise it or anything just for the curious minded.

so, I get it it's just easier to say that the information is known faster then the speed of light but technically a human or really anything that can think and understand the information within their brain travels at a speed not instantly. It takes the brain an amount of time to process anything so how do we know for sure the communication is instant? our brain doesn't process instantly.

I think the next gen of general purpose computing lies in hybridization digital/neuro network analog/ and quantum. I dont think any single technology is remotely close to doing it all rapidly, at least for a few more decades. However hybridization can accelerate that goal much more quickly. I believe I once read about scientist experimenting with DNA computing as well, I can't recall for certain though.

Couldn't you potentially entangle a bunch of particles and separate them into two boxes - send one box across the Milky Way (or, wherever) - and then manually set the direction of your quarks to compose a message to have it instantly appear as its decodable opposite in the other box at an agreed-upon time? And if you can't agree upon a time, what about an answering machine? :-)
