I honestly thought the person holding the sign was somehow a teenaged Justin Bieber in the thumbnail even though he would've been like -3 when this episode came out.
So on the video game music segment, were they implying that Final Fantasy X-2 was bad music or good? Because they showed that with another good song to say that it's a blessing. I really like that song. It's a bop. Problem is watching it over and over again with this guy I watch speedrun X-2 live, it can get -_-.
The song section didnt age well. It must have been a slow week. I do find it funny how often X-Play misunderstood stuff in the long term. Reminder Raphsody got a DS rerelease, and lmao of course Japanese is crazy. Lazy cop out but oh well. Also thinking that take you for a ride is bad is hilarous to me cause its one of the best character select songs to this day. Oh man the times.
i auto turn off the soundtrack in most games i play, and i avoid music-based games like...well, you know. i grew up in America, and tv has deformed my brain with enough terrible ad jingles and miscellaneous garbage pop. i don't need any more damage. also, i have a music degree, so i experience levels of musical pain beyond those of normal folk.
