Those pants look great I'm a construction worker and the material is perfect, a little thinner like a straight leg and connect the pants at the bottom I would buy 10 pairs easily, but ik they're for fashion and for fashion they still look great for what your going for, like that flared look, keep up the good work.
I highly recommend learning basics from youtube and tiktok. A lot of creators now have simple and short tutorials that can help you become a good sewer.

these look really good, removing the pleats is a definite. But i think the material is just right, I could see skateboarders using these pants.
Ill even buy the pair you have now, they look so good.
