I think the point the "Life of Death" was trying to make is that death is just a part of life and doesn't have to be something to fear. I think the changing seasons represent the years in the deer's life and at the end, the deer was ready to die. If you noticed, death didn't touch the deer. In fact death actually tried to get the deer to back off. It was the deer that came up to death, as if it was saying "I'm tired. I just want to rest."
At least that's how I interpreted it. The first video was the one that got to me the most, especially seeing that rhinoceros with its horn cut off.
