Mission Possible with harvester IBC

Intelligent Boom Control (IBC) will take the use of John Deere harvesters to a completely new level. With the harvester’s IBC, the operator controls only the harvester head while the system takes care of the boom’s movement. The boom’s operation automatically adjusts as the boom is taken to a tree and when the tree is in the grapple. The boom’s electrical end damping makes for a softer and smoother work performance. IBC is first available for the 1270G harvester’s CH7 boom.
