Another simple and yet delicious dish. I just made it and instead of spring onion, I added baby kaolin and sliced shiitake mushrooms. So yum. This is my go to recipe for stir fried veggies with shrimps going forward. Thank you so much for sharing your recipes and expert tutorials. I truly appreciate it Jamie and Roland.

I wanted something quick and easy so this recipe was perfect. The only changes I made was swapping the Chinese wine for fish sauce and I added a teaspoon of organic honey. I pair it with white rice and sweet corn mix together... Yum Yum!!😘.

Prawns in my country (Sweden) are sold already cooked (on the ship) so we add them at the very end of any dish, to avoid them going tough! Mostly we eat them as they are though - as a prawn sandwich (räksmörgås- look it up!) or with lemon and mayonnaise, along with white wine!
