Hey mate, just wanted to encourage you to keep going with the crusade against mental health.
Having had experiences with it, the more openess there is, the better we can understand, and also accept that it is ok to talk about.
Wanting to do something similar, and have been using biking to get back to better mental health, and try use it as a platform to express my experiences. So full marks man, and keep it up
