Saved my butt today I work for a towing company and we had to tow one and we couldn’t get passed 15phh with out it dragging us down and beeping and it was because the steering was in mode 5 and we didn’t know what any buttons did or the hand button had to be pressed so thank you
Lol I can’t lie you show people a video like this will save a rookie jumping on a crane hours lol that retorter brake will make you call the lead mechanic if you don’t know it’s on lol stuck at the yard….nice video
Thanks for the video dale ... now I know the basics... I got fired from my first job as a crane operator cuz I couldn’t set the LMI zig a liebehrr now I know.. you have helped me a lot with your videos DALE ...
Let me ask you something you said you like to use the turtle 🐢 mode when traveling with counter weights I haven’t had a chance to read the Manuel in detail yet but what’s your knowledge on the amount of weight you travel with and do you steer or straight line ? Lastly and that annoying buzzer sounds you get really quick when you ride the gas peddle in turtle 🐢 mode trying to prevent it is that sound the transmission heating up? stop 🛑?
Hey fella just had a look at your clip nice work!! I’m also in west Aust minesites doing shutdowns wanting to get some training on the operating a 130/160t crane just to give me more scope work wise!! Any tips much appreciated!! I’m seriously thinking of just dry hire a crane for a couple of hours to get some seat time so I have more understanding of operating newer cranes!! I’m used to the older hydraulic lever crane!!

Hello, we have a 1055/1 that does not shift up to 5th gear when moving along. However, when going downhill, it shifts up to 5th gear and so on. Any idea would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Lol your so right they even like to hit the emergency 🚨 nubs or turn your battery 🔋 switch off to make your day worst I’ve spoke to guys that do that on purpose
So tell me, you say you're experienced with mobing with equipment, yet you're unsure of a particular button that is used in the process of mobing with equipment. "If dell doesnt touch it, you dont touch it" So what is your step by step process to prepare a crane to mobe with equipment?
