I wonder if there is glitter on the black areas of the purple one because there was so much glitter left on the transfer sheet after you weeded, and that’s the glitter that transferred?
yup, i think that's what happened ! and also since that section didn't have any of the actual design, the easypress pressed down on that section more which caused the glitter to get on the black areas.

Hi i tried to press a pink glitter htv by cricut onto a black t shirt and it did not come out pink it came out as a dark glitter could you help explain why? did i need to put white htv first and then the pink glitter vinyl ?? TIA
was the HTV translucent ? if it was, then the bottom of the shirt would peak through which is why it would make it appear darker.

I bought this design from etsy but no matter which file I open it doesn’t show the black as a separate cutting file. Did u do something to get it to cut out that way?
yeah, i fixed it on Adobe Illustrator. do you happen to have that program ?
i mean im no expert but u cant open up design space dupicate and contor the black??
Try using a light box to weed instead of the mat. Also a new blade a different cut settings may help with the design lifting while cutting
i like using the mat on videos like this since it makes weeding easier since i don't have to hold it 😊
Do think this would look nice with a black glitter htv background? Or is that to much.
it would look cute ! but you can't layer glitter over glitter unless you do the knock out method.

This was a waste of time. No other name brands like B-Flex or Stahls?
there's a ton of htv brands out there, kinda hard to do them all at once lol. i have videos on B-Flex if you wanna check those out.
This was an excellent video and not a waste of time at all. She literally said at the beginning that her intention was to limit it to hvt you can buy at stores. There are 9 million brands, most of which aren't sold at retail stores, and it's completely unreasonable to expect someone to spend a ton of money to test all of them for you. Spend your own money, try those brands, then make your own video to share what you find out 👍
(Or just get Siser 🤷♂️)
