In my own experience with the pa5x the instrument articulation is vastly improved over previous generations of instruments. They can now sound totally natural it becomes difficult to distinguish between it and a recording of a live band.
Depens what u playing. If u just want to play evergreens then G is a good choise. If i want to be creative with playing songs then PA is better. Fact is that PA can do a lot more. Making own drumkits, samples, sounds, importing audio in style. Never the less the G has 800 styles, for the PA are more then 1000 available, including sounds. All free. PA sounds much more dynamic. With PA its also possible to have all G styles in the PA. Chord looper is in G empty. In PA there are hunderds of loops prerecorded. Personally i find the G2 disepointed. I thought they would take over functions from the PA but they didnt. And abt dynamic controls, will come on PA as well in future. Audio in styles with G2 is still to do with soft, in PA u can even import grooves. It seems like the same story like the Tyros. If u hade T1 or 2, u hade to wait until the 5 to have a difference. G same story. What they did with the G2, the could do the with firmupdate on the G1. PA is totaly new. New DSP, Chips… so he is at his beginning. New features will come in updates. I know for fact that i wont change tje PA5 for the G2.
@@PGyselaers Thank you very much. Pa5X sequencer seems a bit less practical than the pa4X one (no step rec, no patterns duplication, no overdub rec) with some bugs reported?
@@Soryt klopt, ik heb even nagekeken en is wel degelijk stereo, alleen tijdens het uploaden is het blijkbaar fout gegaan. we gaan hem terug uploaden, hopelijk komt de klank dan wel terug zoals het hoort te zijn. Alles is opgenomen met een Antilope interface, en in de studio klonk het als een beest....

Zijn we achteraf pas achter gekomen en collega is met vakantie. Volgende opname doe ik terug met irig duo. Zelfde als andere opnames

Inderdaad, als ik alle demo van Alois Muller Jurgen Satorius en Andre Schurna kijk en luister, zijn ze allemaal van HD stereo kwaliteit ...
