I rented a 1 bedroom beachfront apt on topsail in the late 80s, 250$ a month and was really sweet.. got a whole lot of pooty tang in my 3 years there

Good grief! Could you not have chosen a better music score to begin the video with? That mournful dribble sounds so apocalyptical; like a terrible disaster has struck and the drone is viewing the damage! You need something more uplifting and fast paced; you're showing a great location that's a fun-filled vacation destination; not some dead or dying graveyard!
