The record for most characters is 202 I believe.
And some of the character are just the same person

I expect to see all these characters back in Budokai Tenkaichi 4, along with the additions of the Dragon Ball Super characters. The game has so much potential to the be the best game in the series, and the wait will hopefully be worth it.
Nothing will ever beat this one , straight up. Playing this as a kid everyday waking up in the morning… nothing ever will beat that nostalgia and I still have two copies of budokai tenkaichi 3. With that being said, I hope 4 is amazing.
@@Batman176231 Back in the day when I was a kid, if me and my best friend could never come to an agreement on something we'd settle it in Budokai Tenkaichi 3. This was THE game where you settle your differences.

I still have this game disc, but got lot of scratch and barely play now, changing partner and loading takes almost 10 minutes, story mode unplayable because cutscene stuck where Piccolo charging his SBC to attack Raditz 😂 so i don't have complete unlocked character like here.
