At the end of the day, though, we are all brothers and sisters and music is what unites us and transcends barriers.
Reggaetón had its conception in the 1980s when Jamaican workers traveled to Panama to help build the Panama Canal and reggae was adapted to the Spanish-speaking culture. In the 1990s, the genre made its way to Puerto Rico via Jamaican immigrants.
So am I, that doesn’t make me less boricua. With all my blood from , mother father grandparents , everyone born in PR, but I was born in Ny. So what if I was born in Japan? What does that make me ?
I can’t mention everyone. And I actually have a picture of a mural of Tego in a Post I did on Instagram. Different videos or pics I feature different things.
