It gives ap but you need to build more health to get use of it, he just built straight AP so rift would be useless as he wasn’t building health
@@hyproxl1you don’t actually need to build hp with rift to get value though it’s only 2% of your hp meaning at 3k hp you’d only get around 60 ap but you will always get the stacking damage and omnivamp at max stacks.
