I have to say, Orchestrated music can easily be done wrong. However, you crushed it. I found this in my recommended and was skeptical about the quality since it came from a small channel. Then i gave it a listen, immediately taken back to the memory of first hearing Otherside. Every other orchestrated version I have listened to lacked in some areas that you included, such as: Vocals, Mood changes, and of course, the low rumble of the Grand Piano. Good job, keep it up.
yeah orchestral music needs to be done right, otherwise it's just a mess. but when you do a good job of blending the tones and instruments together it really brings out the best of the piece.
I'm a big Otherside fan and this remix is arguably better than the original. I love the balance of all the orchestral components. Also, you ABSOLUTELY NAILED 2:29!!!! THIS IS PERFECT!!!

I use kontakt libraries to do it, not 100% realistic but you can get them pretty close
