- In this video I'll be replacing the stock handle on my fishing reel, to a power knob.

I have a stradic C5000XG, the handle broke from the handle thread. I managed to get a used handle for $25 but it didn’t have the large knob. I kept my old knob and now I know how to replace the smaller one. BTW, I was told the larger knobs create for cranking force and it is a common issue of the shaft to shear off under heavy load.
That makes sense, these reels weren't designed to handle a load that should be for 8000 size reel, but its more fun 😁
Man that's a SWEET knob..!!! would have been awesome if they included a bearing to replace the bushing. i've just changed my 5000FK knob to a more common Gomexus too..thanks for sharing...
You could always order a bearing to replace the bushing, from Shimano or Plaig.com.au
Good old anaconda specials, I had to pass on a sustain 4000 FI for $150 but got a Daiwa TD black for $65 just before lockdown..
$130 is unbelievable, lol. is truly belong to u then, in Indo it called "jodoh" 👍👍
