I don’t expect the Lakers to come all the way back against the Nuggets but even if they push Denver to 6 games, that might serve an advantage for Minnesota as well with having extra rest. If it winds up going the full 7, then it’ll be a fully rested T-Wolves team versus a Nuggets team that wound up having a run for their money.

I think it’s very good to see in all of sports whenever certain teams that either sucked for a long time are finally good or historically good teams like Denver that finally get their breakthrough and now have chances to win more championships.

I do think the nuggets could have that exfactor, but the championship is going to be diceded in a round 2 matchup in the west.
IMO the Nuggets vs Wolves should be the finals game. The west vs east format is getting old and it's time the NBA mix the playoffs format so the 2 best teams regardless of conference would play in the finals. That would be a blockbuster for tv ratings and the league as a whole.
This would sound rude but yes it's kinda dumb to pick the suns over wolves, the suns might be good at making buckets but their offense is cookie cutter since they have to pay three max mid-rangers, they can only do offense one way and the wolves just so happen to have the exactly perfect defense personals against them, and on the other hand the suns cannot exploit Rudy Gobert, which is their biggest weakness, Gobert isn't bad he is such a weird player he can give you big upside and big downside but very little in between, your team will win or lose by him

I don't know how far the Timberwolves get, but it's very fun, not only seeing them make it to the playoffs, but destroying the Suns in the first round, making a statement to the rest of the league. If the Lakers... or Celtics do that, it's usual business. For us, it's so rare, it's very sweet!
